3rd Party Wii Component AV Cable
Bought it and test it.
Sound: Kind of not bad - can really listen to the sound improvements.
Gameplay Graphics: I tried it on Wii Sports. It has obvious changes, compare to the normal AV Cable.

Conclusion: A good return value of money.

Image quality is excellent on a HD screen, despite the fact no difference can really be told compared to composite display on a SD screen or RGB on a HD one. Bad point is the sound, a bit crappy.

buy it if you want your image quality to look worse
480p looks worse than 480i on an LCD tv using these cables
