You can only squeeze so much from the Wii but the resolution improved 80% for most games on an HD LED TV. Too bad for Twilight Princess though....

Average quality of cable
The cable need some work around before it finally functioning. Initially, the cable causing the screen to flicker, even if I didn't move or touch it. After repeatedly reassuring its connection to tv is firm enough, finally I can enjoy my Wii playing in progressive mode.
My advice, try to find more expensive cable for more guaranteed satisfaction
