Wii Fit Plus is here to take care of all your exercise needs, simply choose a fitness program, step on the balance board and you are ready to go. You don't even have to pay extra to have your program personalized, the Wii trainer would do all of that for you without the hassle.
There are 21 new exercises for all your muscles, including yoga, cycling and snow ball fights. To check your progress, you can have the game calculate the amount of calories you spent.
You can do simple health checks on babies or pets by registering them on the system. Put them on the weighing scale every day and monitor their growth.

A must have for any Wii owners
The real purpose why I bought a Nintendo Wii; for Wii Fit Plus and therefore the board is a must have. Imagine my frustration when in M'sia, the board is sold out and the only one left was I believed a demo board. I searched high and low, all very very expensive because of the postage charged until I came to play-asia.com and there was a discount (which helps) and there is this board (yeah!). The postage was reasonable, of course it was ultimately more expensive but it was all worth it. This is a must buy. It is solid, beautifully designed and durable. To those who needs a board but the Wii they have only plays Discs from specific region, may I assure you, you can get the board from any region. You just need to buy the game from specific region. Hardware (other than the console) is not region locked so buy away.

A wake up call!
I got quite a shock at my wii fit age but nonetheless that is why I bought this game as my companion towards my road of health. Love it!

Great Game
I'd played the Wii Fit U.S. edition with my sister's family and mom. I unlocked the island course, but think that I almost died, just unlocking it! hahaha
Also, my COB is a little off. Great exercise course, too!
