There are 21 new exercises for all your muscles, including yoga, cycling and snow ball fights. To check your progress, you can have the game calculate the amount of calories you spent.

You can do simple health checks on babies or pets by registering them on the system. Put them on the weighing scale every day and monitor their growth.
