Fun Beat 'em Up Nice game. Plays like a typical 4P beat em up RPG, similar to games like Baldur's Gate or X-Men Legends etc. Lots of unlockables and secrets to keep you busy, and the more players you have, the more fun it becomes! Gold Edition is great value as you get all the extra downloadable content you would otherwise have to download from Xbox Live (villains and heroes packs). Recommended to anyone who likes Marvel, superheroes or dungeon crawls.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance Marvel Ultimate Alliance is the best Marvel superhero game ever created, period. The Xbox 360 title is conceptually similar to the previous two X-Men Legends game -- put four superheroes together in enclosed settings, switch off your brain and start mashing those buttons to unleash a dazzling firework display of mutant powers. But instead of the usual X-Men mutants, you get to select from a generous offering of 20 Marvel Universe characters. You get favorites such as Iron Man, Captain America and Spider-Man, or less mainstream characters including Luke Cage, Elektra and Ms Marvel. Even more impressive are the wide selection of enemies and other characters you will encounter. Goofball villians such as Mysterio, Tiger Shark and Asgardian god Balder also do cameos. Even Uatu the Watcher -- a big-headed alien who does nothing but observe the universe -- pops by for a while. Later, you get to meet the biggest baddies of them all -- Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds!
Indeed, the fun of this game is trying out as many characters as you can, and unlocking all their possible powers and costumes. There is nothing as nostalgic as controlling the 1970s Astonishing (yellow and black) version of Wolverine or the black-costumed version of Captain America. Put well-known heroes such as The Fantastic Four or The New Avengers in your team and you get extra fighting bonuses. The game is gorgeous too. No more cartoonish cel-shaded graphics found in previous games. The superheroes are now modelled in full 3D with fantastic detail and realistic movements. The only gripe you'll have with the game is the erractic game camera. The simplistic ways in which huge boss characters are brought down and the overly-detailed environments make it hard to discern who your superheroes are actually bashing. But really, stop reading and go buy this game now.

Fantastic Very high standard of service from play asia, a great site. The game itself is immense, as for it being similar to the X-men games, it is much much better! For xbox 360 the graphics are brilliant, the gameplay and array of characters much better than the x-men games, and in general just a much better game. Cant wat for the 2nd one :D
if your a fan of beat'em ups or marvel, then this is a must i have always liked the x-men legends games and i am pleased to say that although not alot has changed, the tweaks that they have made have really made a difference. ie. the mid air combos, level design etc.
Good deal, but... It's great to be able to play this on an American console for much cheaper than $60.00... however it's basically the same as the X-men series but feels like it lacks a captivating quality. If you're a die-hard fan of the series you might love the game, otherwise I deem it passable.
Great Game Although similar to the previous Legends series, This is still an awesome game and a must for any marvel fan. Not as in depth as other titles for the 360 but has some great Features and Cameos from a massive universe of Marvel Characters. On the whole great unrelenting fun. Very happy with this title.

hmm virtually the same as the x-men series, very good but not diffrent enough, intro movies kick ass, and the xbox version is 720p so il stick to the cheaper version :D
