Optimal for video game consoles, DVD players, video recorders (must support 60Hz) or any other kind of AV equipment. The unit comes with an AV composite cable as well as a power supply.

Decent field converter for the price
This little gadget will do a full frame conversion between NTSC and PAL but will NOT output PAL60 signal. Picture quality is fine otherwise but motion jerkiness can't be avoided.
PAL region Playstation 1 console doesn't output standard NTSC color signal, so you won't get working PAL signal even with this converter.

Good product, if you know what you can use it for.
The product delivers on its promise. it converts NTSC signal to PAL signal. Both the video and the audio are of decent quality. The product is cheaper than can be found elsewhere with no compromise on the output quality compared to products in this price range. Note: If you want to feed this PAL signal into a computer grabber / Video-Tape / DVD Recorder, you have to realize one very important thing: This product does NOT upscale the video. PAL format has a higher resolution than NTSC format (625 lines vs 525) and if you feed the converted NTSC video into as PAL device other than a T.V set, you will get an empty 100 lines area at the bottom of thew screen where the video will only occupy the top 525 lines. So, if you are bying this for conversion of NTSC recorded material to PAL - DON'T! If you are buying this to display the output of an NTSC device on a non-NTSC T.V - this will do the job just fine!
