Got mine a few months ago! I am a Final Fantasy VII fanatic so when i heard this came out I almosted fainted. I got it immeditally!! Great Console, Great Design, Great Graphics and all from a Great Company.

Mini-Product Review I just received my Pearl White PSP from Play-Asia. First, in terms of packaging...Sony continues to make the boxes smaller but still contain all the items you expect. It comes with the PSP, battery, ac adapter, cleaning cloth and 4gb stick. Very nice package! The PSP continues to amaze me...the screen is clearly more vibrant and detailed. The casing has a luster on it that is nice and does indeed hide fingerprints. The UMD housing is improved and easier to slide the games into. I updated the software to V.5.0. with no trouble. The number of items you can change in the settings is also increased. I am thrilled by how you can customize the unit in so many ways. Overall, I really tip my hat off to Sony. This 3000 is a great unit.
PSP-3000 BUYERS BEWARE! some of the other reviews here are for the older psp-2000 model, so read through them carefully. the psp-3000 is not that different from the 2000. the screen is very noticeably more colourful, and it can output games to older interlace TV sets (the 2000 only outputs games to progressive). if you are using Skype, the mic is handy, however, not used in the vast majority of games. the 3000 is compatible with 2000 series batteries, cables, grips, analogue caps, etc, so you won't have to buy all-new accessories for it. however, i'd say this is best only if you're considering upgrading from a psp-1000 or if your psp-2000 is on its last legs.
