Not efficient enough
Cons:The heating process takes too long(about 30min). The maximum temperature reached is just warm.
Pros: The cup has a lid, so spilling of the coffee is greatly prevented. The heating platform is small.

for fun~
the plate is warm, and not really too hot until it could burn your hands. well, usb always generate only up to 5V and i could only expect it to be light warm. but i like the metal cup, love to pour the hot water into it with my hot instant mushroom soup!

Not very good
It takes a long time (about 30') to get hot, and it barely keeps the drink warm. Not as good product as they promote.

I'm VERY dissapointed
Ihis is the worst products I've ever bought, the beverage was never warm, actually I could warm it with my hands better than the usb crabby claims...
the mug is made cheaply...
such a thing can be expected to be found at 1$ store, for kids to play with....
