Episode 1: The Sleeping Dragon
A junior high school student Reiji Ohzora is a well-known tardy champion on campus, and has never accomplished anything worthwhile in his life. No longer able to bear to see her loser childhood friend wasting away his youth, Maiko Yukino introduces him to a virtual-reality game called Dragon Drive. Each player is assigned a dragon according to his personality and abilities. What kind of dragon will Reiji get?
Episode 2: Promised Dive
After winning his very first game, Reiji falsely believes in his talent and gets carried away with over-confidence. Maiko is skeptical about his winning and thinks it is only “beginner’s luck” and signs him up for another game to be sure. But he may not be so lucky this time because among the participants were two of the top-ranking players. Not only that, Reiji has zero percent chance of winning!
Episode 3: Revenge
Reiji is having a Dragon Drive craze these days and everyday after school he heads straight to the Dragon Drive Center. But while checking in at the front desk, he finds out that his experience level is zero! What is going on? Meanwhile, Daisuke seeks Kyoji’s assistance in defeating Reiji.
Episode 4: Shocking Awakening
On the day of the Dragon Drive Super Championship, Reiji meets Hikaru Himuro, the super champion, and Sayaka Towa, a pretty and sexy girl who is a C-Block champion. She somehow takes a liking to Reiji which makes Maiko jealous. But when the game begins, Reiji is somehow nominated to join the game. Will he survive even for a minute against the best of the best?

Reiji Oozora is a completely lazy bum. He’s the ‘tardy champion’ at school, a terrible student and he gives up on everything! Unable to bear seeing her childhood friend waste away his youth, Maiko Yukino introduces Reiji to a virtual-reality game called 'Dragon Drive', a fighting game in which players are partnered with dragons and then fight each other in a virtual-reality city. Will Reiji’s underachieving personality and a less than spectacular looking dragon be enough to take on the strongest players and dragons in the world? Chances are likely he’ll fail miserably... But maybe this time, Reiji’s finally found something he won’t give up on!
