In Zeta Gundam, the sequel to the original Mobile Suit Gundam series, the Universal Century world has entered an era of civil war. The AEUG resistance group is waging a desperate struggle against the tyranny of the Earth Federation and its elite Titan taskforce, and every space colony and lunar city is now a battleground in this growing conflict.
As the young pilot Kamille Bidan returns to space, both sides begin throwing new warriors and new weapons into battle. The Titans forge an alliance with the sinister Paptimus Scirocco, whose evil influence begins to affect friend and foe alike, and the AEUG soldiers find themselves fighting on the defensive as the tide of battle slowly turns against them.
