Bandage is both a movie and the name of its theme song. Akanishi Jin of KAT-TUN performs both the starring role in the movie and the song. Inspired by music from English bands in the late 80s, the gentle rock tune makes use of the sexiness of Akanishi's voice and brings out his sensitivity.
Directed by Iwai Shunji (Love Letter and Swallowtail Butterfly), the movie tells the story of the band LANDS's rise to fame in the 1990s, the hardships these young people went through and the intricate relationship between the members and their teenage manager. Keep a look out for the DVD or Blu-ray disc if you cannot be in Japan in January 2010.
Bandage Though I was expecting more of it I'm still glad to get the single and to support Akanishi and the LANDS in any way I can. This music is more to my liking than some other KAT-TUN songs so I was really love to listen to it and to appreciate the voice of Akanishi.

bandage after the long wait, jin finally hits the market with his first solo single. it's very different from his works in kat-tun, but still really worth a listen. buy this single to groove to the vibes of the movie--Bandage!
