Failed after a month Was working fine but now every time I insert it it needs to be formatted. Then when it try's to save a game or you restart the console it has to format again. Waste of $50

great! work as advertised!! at first i have my doubts about play asia.com but the product arrive in very good conditions and works very good.

It works just fine on my Vista OS ...so the previous reviewer is misinformed. I don't remember the details of installation, but I do know for a fact that it works with Vista.

Awesome! Must have for all Gamecube and Wii users. With this I finally can backup my gamesaves and don't worry if somehow they got corrupted.

Great card! This card worked for me! I got this today along with Freeloader, Naruto GNT4, and Pokemon Box R/S with memory card + link cable! I installed the adaptor to my pc, entered the program, placed my Naruto4 save file on it, went to the memory card part in my Gamecube's menu, and there's the save! I copied it to my red and blue memory card, loaded up Naruto 4 with freeloader, and ta-da! Complete save! No unlocking! I got to quickly use Itachi!!!!!!! Thanks play-asia! This memory card is great! It works for any save you want! Very easy to install and upload saves! Purchase today if you need complete saves on any of your games!

USB mem work fine, but.. this USB memorycard for gamecube works fine, but the company that made it usually has some great ideas but they tend to finish it off rather bad. the software thats supplied needs a special way of installing, and is translated very poorly. On the other hand, this product really is worth the effort, because its incredibly handy for all kinds of things, what about making a snaphot in PSO , and upload it directly to the pc to make some more, or just backup your saves to make sure you never lose them.
im giving it 4 stars because of the software, but if you need a big mem, and you have the cash, then get this one!

Works as advertised Works perfectly! After getting it up and running ( which was simple enough ) it works as advertised.
You can have the both ends of the memory card connected, and during USB transfers and save game edits on the PC ( ie using hex editor ) the GC reports that nothing in plugged into the memory card slot - hence you can easily test save games and take snapshots in game.
If you are happy to delve into HEX, you can even modify saves which are usually copy-protected so that you can give them to friends!
Great stuff, and small enough to carry around with my laptop!
