The game looks similar to the latest King of Fighters games and the buttons have been adopted from the SNK series as well (4 attack buttons compared to Capcom's 6 button style).

Two of the great fighting enterprises (SNK & Capcom) come together to give us one of the best fighting games available. At first, I wondered how the fighting mechanics & style will work out but after giving it a go, I was pretty impressed. The gameplay is solid, characters look good & move well. You can execute the special moves with ease using the Neo Geo joysticks. The only downside is the boring backgrounds. But you will ignore this once the fighting starts. Overall, worth checking out.
This game is a love it or hate it kinda thing. I know many people that hate it, but I never understood fully why they do. It has some cool characters and it’s just fun to have capcom characters on the neo geo platform and probably the last game for something like this to happen ever again.
