    Without a doubt...
this is the best Fighting Game you can get.Gameplay, playability, graphics is state of the art.
The PS2 Version is from all console versions the best.Near arcade perfect!!!
    Highly recommended!!!

    Street Fighter
Although the graphics seem to be *slightly* worse than the Xbox version, it is still good. No loading!

Your Street Fighter Collection is incomplete without this gem!
Wholeheartedly agree with drneogeo, get this together with Hper SFII Limited Edition to complete your SFII 15th Anniversary.

Next year, for Street Fighter's 20th, it's Street Fighter IV!

The real value is in the reprinted Gamest mooks!
Yes fellow gamers, the game itself may not be as good as the arcade or the Dreamcast version, but this Limited Edition masterpiece is worth it's weight in gold, all 2 kgs of it! Not only you get an excellent and exclusive DVD guide, you get the two out-of-print Gamest Mooks binded together with a new cover. Get this boxset any way you can!

The Best 2D Fighter Ever Period!!!
It does not get better than Third Strike. This is the shit right here. What fighting game has been such a great succes for so many years in row. It was released in the late 90's and yet it's still beying played at Evolution 2007 amongst todays titles like Death or Alive 4 and Tekken 5 and so on. Tougeki also still features Third Strike. It's like as if Third Strike is living it's own life amongst it's players. People buy 100 dollar arcade sticks for this game. I mean can you feel me. It has proven itself beyond time and space to be the best hands down. Capcom wake up, ya'll should do much more with this game but don't ruin it. Keep it RetroStyle. That's what's so timeless. Peace. Props go out to Capcom for making this work of art. YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

    The Best!
IMO< The best fighting game ever. If your a fan of SF or you enjoy other fighting games, this is especially for you. Beautiful graphics, awesome game play, nice music, a beautiful character rouster..........what else could you ask for?

    decent game
i wouldn't call this game balanced. super street fighter 2 turbo was balanced. charge character is at a major disadvantage at parry...and no additional abilities were given to them to balance them out (more damage inflicted, faster movement, etc). in competitive play, chun li, yun, urien, and ken are used in excess.

it has great graphics and interesting characters. i wish we could see the older versions of sf characters were included besides chun li, ken, and ryu. fun game to play nonetheless.

    Great atmosphere
The feel of the game is sweet! The stages are all martial arts street fighting themed and the characters aren't what you would expect. There is nice graphics and great movement. The story mode is kind of hard for begginers but in no time you will be doing hadokens like no other!

Without a doubt, the best 2D fighter ever made
The most polished, balanced and visualy stunning 2D fighter of all time. Sure, the GG games are higher res, but nothing beats 3rd Strike with its fluid animation, detailed artwork and fighting system.

With hints of SFA3, Dalkstalkers and Sf2 laced throughout, Capcom have shown thier 15years of experiance and prove once and for all that no company can do it better.

If your a fan of 2D fighters this is a must buy.

    Lush 2D Graphics
This is the proper sequel to the 90s game Street Fighter II. The animations of the characters are stunning, it's like playing an anime!

The King of 2D beat'em up.
This is the true King of 2D fighting games. Capcom in the late 1999 created a masterpiece and any fighting game lover should try it. This game's system is so innovative and balanced that You could spend your whole life playing it: I'll never get bored of this game!

This is one of the best fighting games ever made.
Ok I didn’t think this game would have made me go wow, but it really did. The first thing I want to say about Street Fighter III 3rd strike is that the music is great, it has some really cool slow jazz music, and the game play is something that 2D fighting game lovers have been waiting for all there lives, capcom should start making more Street fighter games. Its been a long time since they made a new one, since this is a port of the 2000 Dreamcast monster. But till that day comes, this game is worth your $40.00 Buy it today…Capcom forever~
