Almost perfect
One of my all time favorite fighting games and defenitly my favorite 2d fighting game. There aren't alot of characters but they all have great stories and moves. The setting is very dark and anime-ish. Overall great game!

One of THE best 2d fighters you can play!
While this is not on the graphic or depth level that SF Third Strike is, SNK has done an amazing job at making use of their old hardware to produce an at face simple 2d fighting game, but play this enough and you will see it holds enough depth on its own to keep you coming back for more.

The visuals while not up to todays standards when compared to Guilty Gear etc are something to respect and you will find yourself staring at the backgrounds alot, the gameplay is fun and the music is pretty good too, it does not have a whole lot of extras or tons of options but this is simply a solid quality 2d fighter that alot of people can get into and enjoy.

This is better then the dreamcast version and has 2 diferent sound modes, probably the best console version other then the neo geo version.

Do not miss this fantastic 2d fighter!

I can honeslty say I am new to the whole KOF/FF series.However I must say after the first time I played this game, I simply was amazed! From the Amazing Detailed Battlegrounds to the Rock Solid Gameplay! I am happy to give this game a Fat 5 Stars :)

Superb 2D fighter
At first you'd think that the game is a simple and basic 2D fighter but the more you play it you will realize that the gameplay goes pretty deep.A small error could turn your chances of victory into defeat,as special moves can do a tremendous amount of damage(which look amazing by the way).
Greatly animated roster of characters,sound effects are also spot on.
Maybe a few level tracks are kinda average but it won't bother that much.
I'd recommend this to anyone that likes the genre.

A Fighting Masterpiece
Simply one of the greatest, if not the best, 2D fighting game in existence. Every character is fully realized in beautifully animated sprites that surpass the best in the business, along with personalities that are bar none. Backgrounds are amazing and the music is enthralling. Garou's combat system is superb, deep, and easy to pick up yet challenging to master. SNK has created a work of art, and named it Mark of the Wolves. A must-have for any fighting game fan.

How can anyone hate this game?
It’s the best 2D fighting game ever made. If you’re into 2D buy this game right now, its worth a lot more let me tell you. The game has a 480p mode for HDTV users out there, just like the dreamcast version!

Will the real SNK please stand up?
Yes kids, this game is the real deal. You should be buying this long before you spend your hard-earned ducats on anything else bearing the Playmore moniker. MOTW is a brilliant fighting gem, great backgrounds, incredible animation, very good music, there just isn't a real weak spot to be found. You could tell the staff at SNK knew that their days were numbered, because they left it all on the table right here, creating their ultimate final calling card.

super conversion, fidèle à l'original (que ce soit pour le jeu ou pour le stick) mais la couleur du pad fait vraiment vomir... ce n'est ni le magnifique rouge de la photo, ni le mauve plutot cool de la boite, mais un intermediaire entre les deux:rose "fuchsia"... mais c'est qu'un detail alors profitons des jeux Neo!
