It has been 18 years since the epic battle of the dragon seal to prevent the end of the world...
In order to have the dragon seal last forever, the Seal Riders was formed. One of the members was raised by dragons, understands their language and knows how to ride flying dragons. His destiny begins with the meeting of a saint lady. It turns out that this lady named Manah, was responsible for the end-of-the-world crisis 18 years ago...
The game operates from 3 battle modes: The "High Air Battle", "Mid Air Battle" and the "Surface Battle". In all battle modes, the approaching enemies need to be eliminated, either by the dragon's firepowers or by the weapon of the fighter. Compared to the first game in this series, new features include changeable characters during ground battles; new mega attacks while airborne, new weapons and more.
距離將世界導向毀滅、那場激烈的“封印”戰爭，至今已經過了18年…
而為了要讓龍的封印永恆不滅，而創立『封印騎士團』，其中有一名少年團員，自小被龍所育、懂龍語且能駕馭飛龍，其名為Nowe。而他的命運，就在他和一名“聖女”相遇之後，開始產生了重大的變化。而這名女性，竟然就是18年前引起世界毀滅危機的禍首，其名為Manah…
遊戲中基本上是以三種作戰方式所組成，其一為操控飛龍和敵人的飛行部隊所進行的空對空「高空作戰」；再者是於低空中駕馭飛龍並使用火炎轟炸敵人的空對地「低空作戰」；最後則是直接操控角色，使用各式不同的武器和一大群敵人一決雌雄的「地面作戰」等三種模式。而無論是在高空、低空、地面中的任何一種作戰，基本上皆是以一對多的方式來進行，玩家可以享受到連續斬殺無數敵人、或者是在飛龍強大的火力之下屠殺敵人的爽快感喔！
