The Battle of Sunrise is a simulation game featuring mecha and characters taken from various sunrise animation series participating in a war of the century. It is made to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Sunrise's establishment.
During a weapon testing session, the Union's test pilot Shin Minagata is attacked by an army of Giganos. However, under the assistance from the ace pilot Amuro Rei, Shin successfully defeated the Giganos army. Yet that relatively light skirmish is only the prelude to a large scale war.
Military organizations made up of Sunrise anime characters set up one by one surrounding the heritage site “Black Tower”, soon, the full force of the war will crush the whole universe.
