Sonics Is In 2K11
Im convinced to get this game was just because Seattle Supersonics was one of the legacy team that can played. Since a big Sonic fan and this chance cannot be missed. I owned the 2K7 and quality is assured. For me with Jordan is a bonus addition to already great game. Must get it for any NBA fans.

NBA 2K11 is the best game of its kind ever made. The level of realism and simulation is impressive, and the inclusion of The Greatest of All Time with modes like Jordan Challenge only brightens this great game. But not everything is perfect, difficult, even at lower levels, can frustrate first-timers as well as the absence of a tutorial mode for easy learning. Even with these minor mishaps, NBA 2K11 becomes obligatory purchase for lovers of basketball, even more for being the only game of its kind this year, with the cancellation of NBA Elite 2011.

Super Addictive
Game play is good, graphics is quite realistic.
If you are MJ fans, this game is a must!!
Not only MJ, but the Jordan challenge mode also include many 90's great players in NBA.
Still room of improvement about:
- Game loading time is quite long.
- More training mode may help player understand more how to shoot and perform many other actions properly.
- The starting stat of your own created player is too low. It will need hundreds of hours to improve. This is too much indeed.
Overall, I still rate this is very highly impressive game.

in case of a lockout next season this game will be your best friend
this is my first nba 2k game and i'm highly impressed with the level of detail put into the game. it's not for everyone though but there's always EA nba jam for those who just like to dunk all the time.

Game is pretty sick i must say. After playing NBA live for a number of years it was a little difficult to make the switch. But after playing the game for a month I am definitely finding the 2K series to be far superior. Game play takes a little getting used to but after u get used to it there will be no turning back!

Truly recommend this game to all people. So good. Takes a bit of time to load compared to PC version however it takes the cake and is ultimately a lot better than the PC version. Very Good game

Most nbalive games feels stiff and you can't control the shot, nba2k11 is so much better, when you play as jorden you actually fee like you're playing as Jordan! Highly recommended if you can't wait for nbalive elite, or if you wanna play a decent nba game

2K11 is by far the best NBA game that has ever been produced. Amazing, realistic graphics and astounding gameplay make this a must have game for basketball lovers. Played basketball games for the majority of my videogaming life and let me tell you this is brutal. For those who are uninitiated to the 2K series be warned, this game is not NBA Jam or NBA Live. It's not even the same game as previous 2K games; the learning curve is STEEP. But with great challenge comes great reward as you finally learn how to come to grips with the controls, the play style and the overall balance and ebb and flow of the game. And once you do, you'll really appreciate how spectacular the plays are and how tight the ISO motion and shot control is in this game. This game requires dedication to learning its intricacies so it's not enough just to be a die hard basketball fan to master 2K11, you have to be a die hard videogamer too. If you are indeed both, then boy are you in for a treat.

From the moment you load up the game it captivates you, rewinding the clock back to '93 where you play as the bulls against a strong lakers side. Stepping into michael jordan's shoes is breathtaking and the gameplay and graphics make you feel like you are actually in the game.
I played this game for hours when it arrived and i honestly couldn't get enough. This is the best basketball game i have played graphically and technically. The addition of jordan and the classic teams is an added benefit that makes this one tip the scales of awesomeness!
Highly recommend this one to any sporting fan!

2k11 is a great game, it looks beautiful and plays exceptionally well. Everything about it is well polished and the addition of the new isomotion controls give you full control of any player. Also the addition of MJ is well implemented and the ability to unlock Air Jordans to improve your My Player is quite clever. Overall probably the best sports game on the market at the moment and a must buy!

Although it really is the greatest NBA game of all time it can get a bit hard sometimes. The AI can be too smart for its own good making the game frustrating. Intercepting passes that you have made behind their back but somehow they still know you have thrown it. Things like that. Slow graphics on my PC. Even thought I have a relatively new High end PC that I made with PC games in mind. So bit disappointing there. Might make a difference when I reformat windows 7. Annoying because even when I have auto save on I still have to save my profile to save any jordan challenges I do or any jordan shoes that I win. Took me ages to realise that and I kept losing the shoes I won. Overall 9/10. With a bit of polishing

I have been playing the nba2k series since it first came out... It has been improving every year. The game is very realistic and challenging as well. All the game modes are fun, especially the jordan challenges and my player mode. If you love sports and video games dont pass up on this one!!!

Even if you arent a big bball fan, this game will probably change you...
Admittedly, I had lost my interested in bball when Jordan retired, but NBA2k11, has made me become a fan once again, I suppose bringing Jordan back helped :) 2K have done a great job, I found myself chanting with the fans, jumping out of my seat when a great play was made, or screaming at the screen in everytime I felt the ref miss a crucial foul!
From being able to play as the classic teams of yester-year all the way to the new all-stars Miami Heat, this is probably the best presentation of a NBA/basketball sports game that money can buy. Takes a little while to get use to the complexity, but definitely worth it.

From being able to play as the classic teams of yester-year all the way to the new all-stars Miami Heat, this is probably the best presentation of a NBA/basketball sports game that money can buy. Takes a little while to get use to the complexity, but definitely worth it.

NBA2K11 is by far the most engaging and realistic Basketball sim I've had the pleasure of playing. The comprehensive suite of modes, including the simple, but addictive Slam Dunk contest and Michael Jordan challenge mode offer weeks, even months worth of solid play. Exceptional value, and highly recommended.

I am the NBA 2k series fan, and I have to say, this game really rocks. First MJ is in this game, which I have been waiting for years, with his moveset, his airness ... I play this title more than I used to. Beside, there are more modes to be completed this year, such as Jordan Challenge, classic Chicago Bulls team.
If you are an NBA fan, and I definitely suggest you to purchase this game. Furthermore, Play-Asia really helps alot.

JORDAN~~~~!!!
Even though it really isn't that different to 2K10, it still is the best installment so far. The game is even more realistic that 2K10, where you really need to act and think like a real player in realy time! (no rediculus sudden movements.etc that I've found YET!). And yes....JORDAN is in the HOUSE baby~~~^^

Great game!
With the lack of NBA Live (or Elite) 11, this game really didn't have to do much to be the BEST Basketball Game of the year, but this game is like Kobe Bryant, just doing everything it can to be the best, with or without competition!!

NBA 2K11 is the best NBA game this year. The game has lived up to the high standard set in the series so far. The AI is better and is challenging on higher settings. GOTY!
This year we've had Pro Evo, FIFA, Madden, The Show, all of which have been commendable. But IMO, NBA2K11 is the sports game of the year. The amount of detail, presentation and most importantly gameplay surpasses everything you have ever played. Plus MJ's mode alone is worth the entrance fee. Buy now!

Great basketball game for the PC
NBA2k11 is a very well presented game for the PC. The pc version may not be exactly like the console version, but it is still by far the definitive basketball experience on the PC. So far I have encountered no problems or slowdown, just make sure your PC meets the recommended specs for the best experience.
