no one the bset KOF but...
as i said before, this is not one of the best KOF in the saga although for me this a collectors piece, i live in Mexico and a Japanese KOF game is almost a treasure here. thanx PlayAsia!!!

Gameplay spiced with new ideas but...
the presentation isn't quite as good as earlier installments, neither in music nor looks.
Still, the game itself is great.

The strangest KOF
A real surprise, this '01: the graphics are worthless, but the gameplay is full of new ideas: four kinds of team play, wire damage, and interesting new characters. Too bad it doesn't have the puzzle mode of the Dreamcast version.

Solid fighter
The KOF series is in its veteran years by now and this installment features the choose three characters and backup character style. The backup characters are included to add to yhe immense combo opportunities for keeno's but are a waste of time. The game features a wider selection of characters than 2002, but the graphics are weaker and the gameplay is a bit rough. Go for the later instalment. The extra cash is well spent

Awesome Stuff
I played it then rigged the files to play on a mame emulator is works great on both. The series really needed this... Otherwise I still would be spending the coin in arcades.
