Nice Change From Samurai Shodown (SS) 1 & 2
Samurai Shodown 3 for Neo Geo adds some nice features to the already great SS1 & SS2. The slash & Burst selections for each character adds varieties to fighting styles for the characters. The graphics have improved over the first 2 series. Animation is sharper and nicer. Gameplay is as smooth as ever. With a more affordable price now on Neo Geo cartridge games, Every fighting fans should own one.
Samurai Shodown 3 for Neo Geo adds some nice features to the already great SS1 & SS2. The slash & Burst selections for each character adds varieties to fighting styles for the characters. The cult factor of this game in so catching. From favourites like hanza to haoh maru. With the new fighting styles they add so much more to the series and i feel even more playable. the last boss is a tough sob! But so rewarding once you finish it.

this is my personal favorite out of all the versions of this game.. and is a near perfect port of the NeoGeo
