A pretty original style of pure game play video game that has you guiding a satellite through opposing forces of gravity! So you don't directly control the object, just gravity and anti-gravity. Surround your planet with satellites to to goal and win.
No title The first bit generation i bought , and probably the best one.
So simple , but so addictive , beautifull , charming ... Eveyrthing make this a must have , especially at that price.
Hope to have back in stock quick.

Minimalistic, but beautiful Orbital is a unique game that only uses the A and B
button. You exist as a celestial body using the buttons
to use your gravity to repel or draw you towards objects
you need to grow, like small matter and moons.Sounds simple?
It's not.
You get lulled into a sense of confidence but the puzzles get more and more difficult. I got so frustrated that I had to put the game down for a month just so I wouldn't pull my hair out over it. I have let a friend borrow it for the last 6 months and the same thing happens to him. He's going to be ordering it soon for himself.
Unfortunately most People don't really look for the aesthetic in video games. The whole bit Generations series has it.
My only gripe (why there's 4 stars): These games
don't take alot of memory, why not release a limited edition version for the DS that has all these games on one game card.

A beautiful piece of gaming Oh yes, great things DO come in small packages. Orbital, like all bit Generations -games, has a humble yet simplisticly stylish look. But on the inside of it lurks a game so addictive and clever, that you just can't avoid falling in love.
Dreamy tunes, tricky planetary puzzles, a two-button-based gameplay, everything works. It might not be the longest game around, but I guarantee that you'll be returning to Orbital soon enough even if it's played through from top to bottom and back. And what matters most is that you'll have fun all the way. Import it.
By the way, you easily get a craving for these bit Generations -titles. I ordered two for starters, and leaving it at that is unfortunately no option. Hopefully they'll all work as greatly as this one(and Soundvoyager).
Gotta catch'em all. ;)

Brilliant game You only use A and B to change the gravitational pull between you and the nearest planet. The object of each level is to become large enough to get a certain celestial body in your orbit. It reminds me a bit of Katamari Damacy in space. It's great to take anywhere, and it is one of the most innovative games I've seen in a while.

Impressive. At first glance Nintendo's Bit Generations series may not be appealing to most but frankly most are idiots.
Orbital is truly a game full of wonder, due to beautiful(yet simplistic) graphics, and equally amazing sound effects that you can't help but think you're composing yourself.(Think Meteos)
The game shines BECAUSE of its simple yet beautiful approach and further proves the theory about great graphics technology not being as important to a games' development as the "Great Idea."

Orbital is awesome! Just received orbital in the mail, and before I knew it I had already sunk a half hour into gamepley. A beautiful, minimalist approch with a shimmering, ambient soundtrack makes orbital now one of my most prized Game Boy titles.
You get 6 different galaxies to play through and unlock, each containing five stages each. The A button is used to draw you closer to objects and the B button is used to puch you away as you try to build your own solar systems. The end result is something that is as brilliant as it is addictive.
The last time that I had to have a game and couldn't wait for Nintendo of America to release it was Electroplankton, a title that I absolutely adore, and Orbital is in the same vein as that one. Built for relaxation over adrenaline, it keeps a focus on the color, light and sound elements providing a futuristic (and yet oddly retro) immersive wonderland.
Not only is Orbital an absolute must-have game, but given that NOA may not release it stateside, it's absolutely mandatory that you import this one today. I'm so impressed, in fact, I'm already thinking of picking up a couple more of these wonderful 'bit generations' titles.

Orbital A very beautiful and simple game. Orbit and collect planets by attracting and reversing gravity, ultmately creating your own galaxies and beautiful ambient music in the process. Uses only the A and B buttons!
