Works great! My roommate and I each purchased one and just received it today, been playing Mario Kart and Mario Tennis a lot tonight (on the network against each other.. lookup network play for N64). These just work great, one thing to note, if you have problems, be sure to plug the controller into the adapter, THEN plug it into the USB port.

Four People at once? Does anyone know if it is possible. I ordered two incase it is because these are great. Like the old one someone was selling and every other one is garbage. This one looks like the real deal.

As Advertised Works great. It connects a N64 controller(s) to a PC, nothing more, nothing less, just right. I only have one N64 controller so the two controller possibility is untested for me.

Excellent I owned a "boom" N64/PS2 adapter before this one, and this just blows it away. All of my controllers work perfectly and I get to use two at once with one USB port. Can't go wrong!
