then turn the rumble settings to auto. in the "game controllers" section in "control panel". also i have control panel set to classic view. It works perfectly with winkawaks and mame all buttons and joustick are recognised. Im writing this because i had some problems with the stick going crazy but the above fixied it.

Highly recommended Great-working and easy to set up. Works flawlessly with both the standard Dual Shock 2 controller as well as my Hori Real Arcade Pro stick. No lag or any other issues.
As a bonus, mine was made of black plastic, instead of the hideous blue one pictured. :)

Nice! easy setup with windows xp (plug and play). it came with an install disk, but my os was able to recognize the converter without it with no problems. i can't get the analog sticks to work, but i use this converter mainly for fighting games with my arcade stick. those on SRK looking for a ps -> usb for their arcade sticks, look no further. easy button mapping & no lag whatsoever. highly recommended!!

Simple Easy To Use The S-Joy converter works fine on both Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows XP SP2. Installation was easy although you need to install the setup disk first then plugin the device, thereafter you will be prompted to select the driver to be installed.
The only nitpick is that the S-Joy comes with only ONE PORT for one PS controller rather than the two ports as shown in Play-Asia.com's product picture. Very misleading! Also my S-Joy is black in colour but that's not a big issue since my PC casing and keyboard are black too.
Overall it's work great. I've been using it for more than a month with problems.

No title Easy to set up for win98se works very well with my old PS original controller and newer arcade sticks.Thanks,I can now enjoy even more the old games via emu's with much better controls. It arrived in 5 days and it cost little.

works fine with dance pad My main use for the adapter was to play stepmania files with a dance pad on my computer and it's worked great so far with no noticable time delay and no missed random missed arrows. =)

what more could you want from a PS-PC adapter Works great with win98 (European), including on ABA games and Hikoza'n-CHI X games.
Also has all kinds of options availible as with HID-compliant controllers. No problems using official PS2 controller or Hori FS 2, and analogue works too.

Not as good as advertised It's still a great adapter, and it feels great to play games on PC with a good gamepad - but it doesn't want to work for me in Windows 98 SE. It works fine in XP though, and it seems you can plug in two at once, so I respect it as a good adapter.

not bad this works really well with my genuine sony controller, but doesnt not work well with my logitech "Extreme Action Controller" (the buttons will repeatedly turn on and off etc.)
this may have something to do with the logitech's turbo functions?

ps to usb adapter Dualshock functions are fully supported and even extended. sticks and foce feedback control are adjustable. This rocks !!!!
