Allows two pressure sensitive buttons for Dualshock 2
If you have Dualshock or Dualshock 2 laying around in perfect condition and want to use them for computer, it is obviously a must-have. This works with Windows 7. The package includes installation mini-cd (just install the Vista one for Windows 7, it works). Installation and setup are very easy.
The special thing about this converter is that it allows for two pressure sensitive buttons (Dualshock 2 controller has 8 pressure sensitive buttons in total). And you can set which buttons you want the adapter to read the pressure from. Although some might feel that having only two buttons pressure-activated out of eight is a disadvantage, it is good enough for me and the games I'm playing. Of course, Dualshock 1 does not support pressure sensitivity at all, so activating the pressure will not have any effect.
Do your own research first about the game you are going to play; that is, whether the gameplay heavily uses more than two pressure sensitive buttons. Then again, adapter that can activate pressure for all buttons is not that easy to find and the price tag is fantastic. With this product's decent price tag, I have to say just go for it.
