I bought this to use on my emulators. Works flawlessly. Plug the controller into it, then plug it into the PC. If windows asks to download necessary files, do it. Then goto Mayflash.com and get the latest drivers for it. Worked FLAWLESSLY and without ANY lag.

This adapter DOES NOT WORK with 2 dance pads. i have had two of them so far and neither one worked properly when two dance pads were inserted. If you want to play ddr or step mania etc, then buy something else.

Input lag
I've noticed significant input lag in fighting games (using it for MBR and GGXX#R using both a standard DS2 and a HRAP). The inputs come out if the stick is input cleanly, but it generally results in more execution errors, and it makes #R very hard to play. Still, I have little problems inputting moves or combos with small frame windows, so it's not something that should discourage players from buying it. Also, if only one controller port is being used, the input lag is nonexistant.

Again, it's a great adaptor and works very well with the Real Arcade Pro or other arcade sticks, but there is input lag, so if you're looking for flawless two-player inputs you may want to purchase two adaptors, one for each player.

I bought this iteam hopeing it would be compatible with my PC.
I use windows XP and was able to just PLUG AND PLAY! 2 TX2000 dance pads into it and they worked without any driver installation.
I'm totally happy with this iteam and play-asia.
I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to use their Playstation controllers, racing wheels, or even dancing mats uo to their PC.

DWI
Works great! I got it today and put it to a 2 hour test using a redoctane metal pad and Dance with Intesity and it met my expectations, which were high. one problem though, doesnt work well when DWI is full screen (my computer is too slow to handle all that, yet it is fast when it comes to everything else), So I recommend to have a fast computer.

Works pretty well, however not with Street Fighter Controller
For some strange reason, my Street Fighter controller by Nubytech (Akuma) does not translate hadokens or half circles very well. In fact, it's damn right difficult to pull off hadokens or shoryukens consistently. It's a shame because that's the only reason why I bought this convertor. It's not the convertor's fault, however, because the Sony PS2 controller works flawlessly. I've tried my Akuma controller with different emulators and all of them have the same symptom. Oh well, still a great adaptor though.

Works great
Been using it with my PS2 dualshock 2 controller and Hori Soul Calibur 2 stick and it makes playing arcadish games so much easier. Haven't found a single decent PC native joypad so this is the best solution in my opinion.

Almost Perfect Converter
This converter works perfectly for PS/PS2 controllers, but somehow it does not detect inputs from universal controllers such as Nuby's Soul Calibur 2 arcade controllers.

Use Analog for any emulators and pc games.
with the Super Dual Box, you can play any pc games which uses joypad and can uses analog ps2 joypad to play emulators like C64, Amiga 1200, etc.

For me, this Super Dual box is perfect so no need for me to buy psx joypad but now, I can uses either psx and ps2 joypad using Analog too.

Does it's job perfectly.
I got one of these to hook up my dance mats to the pc and play using step mania.

Once I figured out there's a 'dance mat mode' (start, select and up for 3 seconds) which lets you press two arrows at the same time, it was sweet. Never had any problems.

Works great with games meant for a controller like msg2 and pes3. Allows me to play fighters on my pc too now with emulators. The dual shock support is a lil sketchy tho. In mgs2 for example the vibrations would be either on or off but not the full range of vibrations the ps controller is capable of.

this thing is awesome!! i hooked both mats up to it and they work great....double, versus, or couple, (also single) best thing since toilet paper!! highly recomendable.....just make sure you press "START+SELECT+UP ARROW" for 5 seconds b4 playing, and you're all set!

MAC USERS BEWARE: This device doesn't work quite perfectly w/ OS X, and especially troublesome if you have a Microsoft Optical IntelliMouse. Snes9x works fine, but MAME and RockNES carry some serious compatibility issues.

If you're a gamer of any merit, you've already got wads of PS/PS2 joypads lying around, so why not use them on your PC? I have had *no* problems with this, though I can't figure out how to get vibration to work with the MGS2 expansion. I blame Konami on that one, though, because it works flawlessly with my N64 emulator. Reccommended!

A peculiar object
I couldn't seem to get both left and right or up and down to press at the same time until I discovered a peculiarity. If you are buying this adapter for use with dance mats then here is a trick you can do. Hold "start-select-up" for three seconds and then the adapter will go into "dancing mode".
