Can't use 2 pads/sticks at the same time
This adapter works fine in single player mode.

When you plug in a second controller (following proper procedure of disconnecting USB, plug in second controller, then reinsert USB), the adapter becomes haywire for player 2 and detects inputs from both player one and two while having autofire on with no way to disable it.

Useful one
Very great item for all usage: console emulation, for pc.
And easy to use. Recommended if you like RPG games.

Works well
The included software allows you to use the controller for most games and using something like JoytoKey, you can use your controllers on anything else. Works on Vista. No noticeable lag.

Great product!
It's worked for over 3 years now and it's as good as new. I have 2 and they both work perfectly. ¡Can even play with 4 people some N64 games! It also works on Mac OSX, which has increased my love for this device.

If you're looking for a way of plugging your PS2 controllers on your computer, be so Windows or Mac, this is a good choice.

It's 'Okay'
Works with most Emulators, and if it doesn't you can usually get around it using a keyboard emulator such as joy2key. Not the best thing ever though it does not work with M.U.G.E.N. (without keyboard emulation) or my copies of Guilty Gear XX and Isuka. Which was the main reason I got it. Also there doesn't seem to be any sort of tech support for this device. Oh well, like I said it's 'Okay'.

The product worked even without installing the drivers, but to get all the features you need to install 'em. I didn't use the included floppy because I downloaded the drivers from the manufacture's site.

Super dual box pro
this did work well for about a year, but then one of my ps2 controllers broke, and when I got a new one and tried it, it wouldn't work. in config/calibrate all the buttons were flashing randomly. I haven't tried other controllers ever since. I'm afraid this device might have caused that other controller to break. still works with my oldest ps2 controller and dancepad tough...

regarding madden
you need to rename your controller in regedit to "Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB" for the analogue sticks to work. This is nessecary with all ea titles, since they dont support this adaptor.

Great product!
I got this adapter yesterday. It worked out of the box. I had to install the software from the bundled floppy and do a minute configuration. The adapter is simply awesome.

Great stuff
The adapter itself works great, the numerous features of it can be pretty useful. As long as you're trying to use it with an application that supports a gamepad/joystick, you should be fine, if not, using a joy-to-keyboard mapper program does the trick. Absolutely necessary for fans of games that benefit greatly from gamepad control, like platformers, fighters and shooters.

SUPER DUAL BOX PRO
This is the closest adapter I could find that would almost work with MADDEN 2007; if only, the quareterback vision and highlight stick (right analog stick) worked. I have sent many e-mails to MAYFLASH with no response. This adapter has good, smooth responses and remaps, but MADDEN 2007 uses the slider to work the quarterback vision. So, when it comes to MADDEN 2007 and there's no update to driver to fix this problem, this adapter is useless.

Great Product
What can I say!? It's a great product that installed flawlessly. It arrived pretty quickly too, which is a big plus!

Pros and cons
This item works flawless as stated in other review. Much better that the the Playstation style USB controller I was previously using. There is one small problem. The drivers are contained on a 1.44mb floppy disk. This may not be a problem for some, but my PC is a newer model and lacks a floppy drive. However, I was able to quickly locate the proper drive on the net and have been happily playing since.

Im sorry I know this area is for the review of the product itself but I cannot help but first stating the respect I have for your company itself in getting my shipment out as soon as possible and making it a very easy process.
Anyway as for the adapter itself, I cannot say that I was expecting anything less than perfection as I had the older DualBox adapter (it was somehow lost while I was moving and I cried for two days...jk, but I was pretty mad) and found it gave me no problems. I am not disappointed is all I can say really. I could have used the default windows drivers if I had wanted to but I installed the drivers and it was working in a matter of minutes. I am a big emulation fan and found that the adapter worked with all my applications after the buttons where set up of course as I needed. I even found that with other computer games the adapter was picked up without me even prompting the game to much to my pleasant surprise.
The bottom line is that the compatibility has not let me down yet, the install is easy and there is no deadweight unneeded files associated. I would advise my friends to get this adapter if they ever needed an adapter for their PS2 controller.
On a final note, if I do ever make enough money to get the PS3 I do certainly hope this adapter works with it as I have heard bc that would be cool :).

Great product
I ordered this for using with StepMania on windows XP. After downloading and installing the driver as provided by this page, I had no problems using this adaptor. Two pads hook up perfectly, and using the driver you can specify Dance Mat mode so all arrow buttons can be pressed simultaneously (the driver maps the arrows to buttons, rather than the directional pad).

Seriously, been using it for a month now and have had absolutely no problems with it. Great product
