A decent shmup
Soldner-X isn't really that great, but it does make time go by, the soundtrack and graphics are great and the game does work well even on low end computers.
and that's about it, it's as shmupy as a shmup can get.
nothing new here, except the chaining system,
which admittedly, is kinda cool.
the game does have some cool looking powerups,
but most of these, while looking cool, is rather underpowered, and you will find yourself switching to the standard gun instead.
for only 9 USD it's definitely worth it.

Very good Game
Some little issues, like need 60Hz of refresh rate and v-sync to play, can't change the keyboard and gamepad options, only in-game registration with confusin inferface. But beautiful and challenging game with an surroundings soundtrack.

The game is very difficult and very interesting, it´ll give you hours of fun trying to pass alive through a level.
