Definitely a must buy
I love music games, especially o2 jam and audition which could be played on PC. However it was pretty disappointing when the o2jam server shut down and I couldn't play it.

DJMax Trilogy is a beautifully made game and one step higher than o2 jam with beautiful animations. It's fun and addictive especially when trying to unlock songs. If you liked o2 jam, you'll definitely love playing djmax trilogy. With higher difficulty levels with 7 and 8 key modes, there's a lot more playing time.

My only beef with it is that if you hit a wrong key it doesn't break your chain...

i like the game its got alot of songs, i also bought the muse on controller and it works well with the game, the only problem with the controller is that the vinyl is stiff and not slidable

A solid release
DJMAX Trilogy represents the most fun, most polished edition of the PC keyboard rhythm game subgenre. The song selection is substantial and varied, although it does require some unlocking, the presentation is top notch, and the online play is solid when you can find someone to play with. Don't buy it specifically because of the multiplayer; you might end up disappointed if the servers go offline. But if you're looking for an engrossing music title to eat up a pile of your time, you'd be hard pressed to do much better than this. Very highly recommended.

PC veterans wont be thrilled
If you started on PSP versions and have only experienced those, Trilogy will be a pleasent treat. But for us long time PC players, a lot of our favorite songs and charts are not in the game, and there are plenty of gimmicks that are most likely unwanted.

It will be a nice game for awhile, but the excitement runs thin.
