Absolutely Outstanding!
A true testimony to shooters, this game is a graphical powerhouse. Söldner-X shows us just what original game developers can do as well as showcases the glory of the side-scrolling shooter genre. Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer est un shoot’em up sans répit, doté d’une bande son entraînante et d’un gameplay classique emprunt de nombreuses innovations.
Dans un futur lointain, la résistance terrienne tente d’endiguer une infection mortelle gangrenant toute forme de vie et technologie, n’ayant pas d’autre choix que de compter sur l’anti-héros type, mercenaire et chasseur de prime, aux commandes d’un nouveau prototype de star fighter. Personnage dont le but avoué est de remonter au virus souche et sauver la civilisation pour se remplir les poches !

Great game, excellent package As far as shoot'em-ups go, Soldner-X isn't the best. The chain combo system, while adding something extra to the standard shmup formula, isn't as original as say, Ikaruga's colour-switch theme; and the weapons, while looking great, seem uninspired and underpowered.
But make no mistake; this is as challenging a game as die-hard shmup fans would expect, the graphics and music are awesome, it's a brilliantly-packaged game for a bargain price, and you can tell a lot of love has gone into the overall product. Also most of the best shmups aren't on PC, and this of course is. It's good for something a little different from the norm as far as PC games go.

this game needs more work after getting this game i was kinda hyped till i started playing
the music is well not catchy enough unlike other shooters, the game play was kinda a turn off for me
another prob im facing is reg my key for IR i had emailed them about my issue and I've got no reply yet
im gonna put it like this its really not work it at all

A fantastic set for a fantastic price from PlayAsia If you're a fan of side-scrolling shoot-em-ups, then there's no reason for you to sit this one out. For $15, you can't go wrong with this set. The game provides a nice challenge for you overall, as it should since it's always been a staple in shoot-em-ups.

great packaging I actually already own the download version, but it's so cheap online now, that I picked it up just for the packaging, and the soundtrack. A great deal ! looks great on the shelf, and the soundtrack is awesome, and it's worth the piece of mind to actually own a physical copy. if you are like me, and don't trust downloads / hard drives ? then pick this one up
