At the dawn of the 21st century, countries of the world have gathered together to create the I.C.P. (International Corp for Peace), an International organisation to maintain peace in the world.
Some of the countries have refused to adhere to the I.C.P. and have joined a parallel organisation: the GHOST. A secret grouping, whose sole ambition is to guarantee the economical interests of it's members without any ethics, the GHOST does not hesitate to create crisis situations to destabilise the international scene and threaten peace in the world...
