Excellent!
This Style might look similar to its predecessor 7th, but not without some changes. For example, this is the first style to have introduced the sorting folders in the music menu (an aspect later developed in 9th Style).
Also a good variety of songs to offer: 90 songs overall, including 30 revivals, a few interesting CS originals (suggestion and NEBULA GRASPER being among the best CS pieces in this game) and 3 songs from IIDX RED that need to be unlocked first. DDR fans will also quickly recognize songs like B4U, Sakura or Celebrate Nite.
I would recommend this Style once you're a bit more familiar with IIDX games, this was the third IIDX game I bought, my first choices being 6th and 7th. Nevertheless, it does have a few beginner-friendly songs, including the well-known 5.1.1. ;-) Overall, it's way worth being bought.

Amazing
Its an amazing game, and its endlessly challenging. The Music is Phenominal. If you like DDR you will find some awesome songs from DDR on here like Xenon, Sakura, Radical Faith, etc. If you're a fan of TaQ's music this is the one for you.

8th style is my introduction to the game and is a great addition to the series. 90 songs (3 from RED I'm sure you know), spanning all genre's and beginners mode is a nice touch, as I was a beginner when I got the game.
Pick this up, along with 6th style for your first IIDX experience.

Excellent game
I'm a IIDX newbie- this box set was my first consumer-version IIDX purchase, and I am very pleased with it. The Visual Emotion DVD and V-Rare CD are amazing, and the game itself is as enjoyable as they come. IIDX is a difficult game for beginners, but 8th style has a large selection of beginner-mode songs to make learning less frustrating.
As a sidenote, this box set also comes with a small magnetic card used to store information on IIDX 11 RED machines on the E-Amuse network (only in Japan). Probably useless for customers outside of Japan, but still a nifty collectible.

Awesome Style
The interface in IIDX games are the prettiest in most games and 8th's is the best so far. Great collection of music, too. Some great original music from the regular Bemani artists and the IIDX RED preview songs are a big surprise to be included.
Great for new comers to the game as well as 7th Style.

IIDX 8th Style - Probably the best so far!
This beautiful set is so worth the money you spend for it. The box is big enough for all the previous styles (if you remove the V rare and Visual emotion DVD) pulling your collection closer together.
The V-Rare has great remixes of songs such as Rainbow Flyer and the Strong Jaeger.
The Visual Emotion DVD fits wonderfully with the Visual Works collection with 25 of the songs and videos.
Hurry before this awesome box slips away!

WOW! What a MIX!
8th style is one of my favorite mixes!
90 songs (Including 3 songs from IIDX RED!)
There's no reason why you shouldn't pick this
baby up if you've already gotten previous styles!
