Pretty Darn Good Shipping Times Well, I haven't opened it YET but the first thing I have to say is that the shipping is definately the BEST. It only took about 6-8 days until it finally arrived at my doorstep. Very reliable, very efficient, and very fast. Play-Asia is THE place to buy import games. Keep up the good work!

When IIDX changed... for the good and the better! What can I say? The improved graphics are the first thing you will notice. Compared to 8th Style, the change is huge!!
Even though there's a lack of "beginner" tunes (only one 1* and two 2* in Light7), the music is once again awesome by its variety. Even the added CS exclusive tracks deserve some recognition, for example the bright ragga-jungle beat of 5PM ETERNAL or the very beautiful melody of Paramnesia, or even the IIDX/pop'n crossover track Beyond The Earth by Nekomata Master.
Once you're familiar with IIDX... get this Style, you won't regret it!

Awesome The game is great. It has many great songs on it and there are enough songs to keep you busy for a while. The interface is nice looking and easy on the eyes as well. Shipping was quick as well. Highly recommended for music/rythm game fans.

Awesome style for my first IIDX! I hadn't expected much out of 9th as I was looking forward to 10 or 8, but for this to be one of my first styles of the world of IIDX is a great one! You can have 5 keys or 7 keys to start out with. Beginner's mode is also included for new IIDX players! With some songs noticeable to players of DDR like DIVE INTO YOUR HEART (english DIVE) Spin the disc and Paranoia Survivor Max, to different unique songs like Lion Suki (pretty wierd and a kinda funny video) SWITCH, and Spica. If you hadn't tried a IIDX and you're a DDR player or if you have IIDX but not 9th yet, try it out it's pretty good for a start.
Amazing.. Fantastic, but I enjoyed the real arcade better than the PS2 version.

Wow Really people, this game DESERVES 5 stars. Everyone here isn't giving it 5 stars just because we're over exaggerating, it's just that good. If you've ever played Beatmania and enjoyed it, you'll love this. If you love Bemani period with a passion, then you need this game. But what really motivated me to post up here was how fast I recieved my package. I ordered a product to allow me to play Jap games on my US PS2 BEFORE I ordered Beatmania, but Beatmania came in the mail *days* before my other product did. Beatmania came to me from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD (standard shipping, too), while this other product still hadn't arrived from a store a couple hours from where I live (express shipping!) - Amazing. Play-asia is THE place.

Pretty great This was a good step up from 7th style, the interface made me speechless. and when I would fail a song, I'd be kinda glad because the fail screen looks alot better from 7th style.
And now I wait to play No. 13

Very nice This being my first jump into the real bemani world (outside of DDR), the game is nothing short then awesome. If you were like me and got tired of all the DDR songs, this is a great pickup. Almost every song on here has no dance counterpart, and all of the songs have a unique feel to them. The game starts out difficult, but as you grow used to the timing and such, it begins to get ultra-addictive. The interface is wonderful, the song selection is great, and it is worth every penny.

Enter into the new age of IIDX This is the first home port of IIDX using the new high resolution innerface. It looks stuning. The song selection is pretty damn good too. Your gonna love this style. Its got alot of the most popular bemani music on it.

Great, but not the best. 7th is still the best stand-alone CS Style. However, 9th is by no means a bad game. The interface is the best of any IIDX game so far, and many of the songs are the best in the series (The Biggest Roaster). However, there are many tracks that I just do not like, like One Or Eight, Rottel de Mercury, Quickening, and Lion Suki. All-in-all many of the songs are love-it-or-hate-it, little leeway between. Nonetheless, it should be in any IIDX player's collection.
Perfect arcade port If you like IIDX, or music games at all, you'll enjoy this.

Beautiful interface 9thStyle has a really nice interface! The song list is quite good, too.

I like this however... 8th style was slightly better because it had more songs. However, the song list of this game is amazing and you can spend an entire day just playing this.

Good but... 9th Style CS is the best console version to date. 9th Style's soundlist of just Arcade songs is good enough on its on,but the nice choice of repeats and awesomely new CS only songs (especially L.E.D.'s) just make this so awesome. The only thing that bothered me was that the Premium CD that was to be with all first pressings apparently didn't come with my copy of the game, but that's just a small little thing that doesn't ruin it. My suggestion? Get it if you love IIDX!! (Or if you really like IIDX and have the money, get the LE version.)
