Smooth rhythm and blues
Most songs are chamber orchestra versions of 7th dragon music. The selections tend to follow one song, or a theme of music, but a few are all over the place in regards to source tracks.

Musically, they are all solidly composed, but they are not all interesting. The best of them are enough to make your ears perk, and listen. But about half o fthe album is just very pleasant background music.

These arranged compositions do justice to the original works, and are vast improvements. But it can't be said that most are elevated beyond just being exceptional background music for the same video game scenes they were written for.
