Symphonic
SoTN is still considered the quintessential Castlevania soundtrack within the series. Castlevania always had high standards for music but when games moved on the the CD based format of the Playstation, Konami's composers truly showed what they were capable given the technology. There is absolutely no flaw within this soundtrack.

Many relaxing and open-air tunes remind you the artist's impression of the vastness of Dracula's Castle. Every moment you are reminded that you are inside the world of a grand role-playing-game. With ample use of non-traditional scales, the "Symphony of the Night" Soundtrack transports you to the Parthenon in Athens, the Colosseum in Rome, an countless cathedrals in Medieval Europe.
