A classic.
This soundtrack should be a part of any Final Fantasy fan's collection. The songs are memorable and catchy the music of this game really brings back the feel of the scenes in the game.

Great music!
The quality of the songs are on par with FF8 and FF10 but in a different kind of feel.
The songs in FF9 fill you with memories of the medival like era Zidane and the others were living in not to mention the holiday sounding tune from "Bali".

Magnificent!
I've wanted this soundtrack since I was a little kid. It always seemed to slip out of my hands and even 10 years after this was originally released, I managed to find it here. When I received the soundtrack in my hands, I was touched! The sleeve was nice and sturdy, and the CDs... gosh, even they look very sleek! I've just started listening and must say I am very pleased. Brings back memories. A must buy for fans of FFIX and Nobuo Uematsu!

my favorite ost
in my opinion, FF9 has the best soundtrack out of all games in the FF series. while mostly classical or folky, there are plenty of orchestral tunes as well as rock, metal, and even flamenco added in. i cannot reccomend this enough. my personal favorite is disc 4, track 9, "You're not alone!" which plays after zidane learns of his origin, no spoilers.
