Just like the game, Katamari Fortissimo Damashii offers up a great set of very new and original tracks. Not only are the songs great when you recognize them from the game, but even people who have never played the game will love the CD. Ranging from Jazz to Ballad, there is something for everyone in the set.

I highly recommend it!...especially if you're depressed...
I'm a huge fan of metal, and I sort of shunned all other genres of music, but this soundtrack and game opened my eyes to an unexplored world I've never seen nor heard. This soundtrack is brilliant! Thank you, Katamari Damacy! You've made my day.

Turning the frowns upside down
In a world full of darkness, where life on the streets is nothing but pain. There's nothing excited about life, and you whine about hopelessness and melancholy. I was at the point where I gotten used to the depression of everthing that has happen to me...but then I got Katamari Damacy: the soundtrack, and my dull heart grew two times that day.

Cheesy intro aside, I, along with others, can't help but give a highly recommendation to this soundtrack; it's full of in-your-face colorful tracks that can make even an goth glee in happiness. Want proof: listen to the theme and try not to smile at it...whether the sound is weird to you, you might not help but just feel good about it. And this ost works as it is, a feel-good ost. Tired of all that serious stuff that's happening to you, or you need a break from serious music, Katamari Damacy OST can lighten your mood and roll along with the stars.

great music to accompany a great game
As anyone who has played will no doubt notice, the music really does enhance this title.

This goes against all tired convention found in the majority of game music (guitar riff, weak techno).

As summer heats up here in London, I shall have this on constant spin in my car stereo!
