Continuation of Tactics I enjoyed the original Final Fantasy Tactics Soundtrack better, but this piece is certainly attributable to one of the great pieces done by Hitoshi Sakimoto. A greater variety of pieces and instruments is present in this soundtrack, and many of the pieces sound like Final Fantasy XII. Certainly a great addition to anyone's music library.

music of ivalice This soundtrack, unlike the first tactics advance soundtrack, is two discs long, which makes for a much longer and ultimately more enjoyable listen. The soundtrack is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto and, if you are not familiar with his work, is an extremely talented composer who has shown his abilities on the FF XII and Vagrant Story soundtracks. Words to Spell, the main theme for this tactics game, is a beautiful new piano theme. The soundtrack is infused with this theme and it provides a good jumping point to shy away from the old ff tactics soundtrack and do something new. The pieces in this soundtrack are a lot more upbeat than the ps one tactics soundtrack but no less compelling to listen to because of it. If you are a Final Fantasy tactics fan or a Sakimoto fan, you wold certainly enjoy this music.
