The beatmania IIDX 13 DistorteD Original Soundtrack is a double disc soundtrack album, which contains a total of more than 60 tracks, including tunes from the Arcade version of beatmaniaIIDX13 DistorteD, the PlayStation2 home release of beatmania IIDX 10th Style and an IIDX RED original music piece.
The album is also the first work of the new Konami label "beatnation records".
Just Awesome This cd is amazing; aside from being a fan of IIDX music my main purpose was to see if I would like 13th style when it comes out. (needless to say i'm completely sold and happy to see it's available for pre-order now*)
If you like really hardcore sounding techno than this is a must own IIDX cd.
It even has some home version songs from other styles such as 10th (L.E.D. - Acid Vision being one of them)

A very solid soundtrack for Beatmania fans For Beatmania IIDX fans, this is definitely a soundtrack to pick up. A bit darker in nature than the previous game, Happy Sky, DistorteD features a wide variety of techno, house, and J-pop that has a fairly broad appeal. It also contains songs from the consumer editions of both Beatmania IIDX 10th Style and Beatmania IIDX 11 RED.
There are a few issues with the soundtrack in that it lacks songs that had different versions in the game, such as Why Did You Go Away - Boy's Reason, an alternate version which is performed in Japanese (the english language version is on this soundtrack). It also lacks any long versions of any songs, which is odd for a Beatmania soundtrack.
The visual book is a nice bonus but has several drawbacks for english speakers. It does have production information on all the songs and lyrics, but the majority of it is all in Japanese.
Art is present, but it's not nearly as much as you would find in the Golializze artbook. Rather, you get about 2-3 pages apiece from each of the current artists, Gyo, Goli, and Maya.
If you were looking for art, I suggest you pick up the Golializze artbook along with the regular edition of the soundtrack.
