Who is she, but who cares I too am not aware of the character but I had to pick it up as the figure was too cute to miss..;p
Kawaii! (Cute!) Though I tend to stay away from characters which I do not know about, this figure has caught my eye due to her pose. And I find the Limited Edition to be more interesting in terms of color. (How can you resist the purple hair??) Quality is good and the price was under a discount when I grabbed this.
