Based on the popular Japanese anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, comes another pre-painted figure release. Main character Asuka Langley appears as Gothic Lolita Ver. figure. The item symbolizes Asuka as a girl who stands still at a place that has calmly turned into corruption. Her black mourning dress, harmonized with ornament implements, such as a frill characterize childishness and sadness at the same time. The figure measures about 250mm and has been sculpted by Naoki Nishimura. A stairs-like attachment is used as base where Asuka is sitting on.
Asuka has never looked prettier. In an interesting change to Miss Langley's usual energetic poses, she is portrayed here in a demure and feminine frilled dress and stockings. She wears black shoes, and her underwear matches the colour of her tiered skirt. The figure itself is of excellent weight and quality, and Asuka sits comfortably on the display steps with no danger of falling. Excellent quality and a must-have for all Evangelion fans.
