Incredibly fun... and wierd. this game is grade A crazy-wierd-japanese entertainment at its finest. Insane, fast-paced battle system thats challenging and addicting. The story and diolouge may be kindof confusing if you dont know japanese, but the fightings fun, and you get the hang of it after the first few matches.
for 5 bucks, this games a must-have.
HEAVY METARU THUNDAAHHH!!! A great game!! The presentation is very beautiful, using mixed anime and cg scenes, great voice acting, cool and intriguing characters and robot design, and the gameplay is not too bad!
And finally, the music... Top-notch!! (well, at least for my tastes) Even the robot menu had incredible power-metal BGMs!
Buy it now! Do not believe the negative feedbacks, if you know you have good taste!
No title The gameplay for this game is very shallow, a kind of rock paper sissors for adhd kids, but it is well presented and has a good feeling. I got this game for Ł6 shipped to the uk from here, it's totally worth it, the crazy feel of the game only makes it feel more chaotic, however if i paid like 30 quid for it i would probably feel ripped off. This version of the game comes with a nice looking instructionbook with a litte poster thing in the middle, also it has some basic instructions in english on a seporate insert, which you probably wont need. Oh and one more thing, the story crosses the language barrier.
So in conclusion, buy this game, it would be silly not to, just don't expect much from it.
Insane - inexpensive fun I wasn't sure I'd be able to play the game, thinking it would be too heavy with Japanese text and language. But it wasn't that bad. I got comfortable with the game mechanics and actually enjoyed it. I would have given it a 5 stars just for the cinematics themselves, even though I don't understand Japanese, I was laughing hysterically. For the price I think this game is a must have just to try and see all of the cinematics.
HEAVY METAL GEOMATRIX IN THE RING... This game have a feeling like the Heavy Metal Geomatrix. You fight in the ring with great music (if you like heavy metal). After the rounds you can tune your robot-human.
You must get used to the configuration of the fighting - it is not like the fighting-games you know but it is interesting.
The End: It is a good fighting game but it's not some from the better games.
