Just got the Cam. yesterday. Cam works perfectly. I would suggest this for someone who is looking for a camera. Only problem was i was disappointed with the view indoors. It works best in really bright settings inside the house and outside...clear as anything.

Chotto Shot camera for PSP
This is one of the best deals and most creative peripherals ever made for the PSP.
It completely turned my PSP Slim into a powerful camera.
The pictures and videos it takes come out in incredible high quality.
The software that comes with is in the form of a UMD (all in japanese) but other languages can be uploaded directly onto the memory stick directly from the software's website.
I highly recommend this camera because you will find tons of uses for it and ways of revitalizing your videos and pictures.

Got it today
When I opened the box I was already happy. It has a 1.3 mega pixel capture so about the quality of a cell phone. It comes with editing software which is hard to figure out but worth it. The camera has a mic on the right side of the camera which decently records sound. In the darkness the quality is bad. I mean really bad. The editing software can be used to make slideshows with videos pictures or both. You can download the english software but I wouldn't there is a chance it could brick your psp. Overall it's really good 5/5

when i got this psp camera, i thought it would break in like 2 mins but it didnt! its pretty strong and it also has a microphone! For the umd, i didnt like it because i cannot read Japaneses.

more than i expected!
this thing is great, its smaller than i expected and it has a great variety of fun stuff in it. And for all of you that are suffering with the japanese version, search for Go Edit, its an english version that you can save onto your memory card. Now i have to buy another one for my brother. I love this thing, every psp owner should have one of these babies.

awsome i love this thing i received it yesterday and already took 100 pictures and put it on myspace.
this thing is alot better then i thought it would be!
and i was starting to get worried because i thought you can only record video up to 15 seconds but on the psp not the go edit but the psp you can record up to as long as you want if you enough memory for it.
This will definantly not be the last time i buy from play asia!

In terms of quality, the camera performs best from about 3meters away from the subject or more. The software is amazing - If you can read Japanese. I cant so thats why im a bit dissapointed with this product, I wish I had bought the european version although it is downloadable from pspfanboy.com. all in all just for the camera - the software is just a little plus - I give a 8/10 because it works well enough to impress your friends that didnt know it it exested, but only under the proper lighting, distance, etc.

Great camera, big screen
I got mine yesterday!!! It works great, except in dim places you can't see much, well nothing at all now that i think about it....... but in the right light the pictures are phenomenal!!!!! As for the japanese UMD that is included i can only say that is hard at first to use (not that much) but after trying around all the menus you'll get the hang of it...

PSP Camera
Whilst only a 1.3MP Camera is works well. Video option is great. Bear in mind software is Japanese only but if you just transfer clips to PC I am sure any editing tools would work just fine.
** At this price I'm getting a few more of these for friends **

PSP Camera
I just got this camera today and it's pretty cool. its nice and small. the photos and videos aren't that good when you are in a dim-lighted area because mostly nothing will show up. however when you are in a well lit area the camera quality is amazing, especially when you are outside. the UMD that comes with it, is only in japanese though, so thats a bummer. but even though its in japanese, you can still edit your videos and photos simply by pressing buttons. spend at least an hour on it and you'll get the hang of it. the video recording takes up a lot of space on your memory stick. I have a 1GB with about 616MB left. I record for about 1 minute, and the video takes up about 25 MB or something like that. the photos don't really take up a lot of space. it's better that you get a big memory stick if your going to use this camera a lot. the only thing that bothers me is that the edit software is in japanese... overall i think this is a great addition to your psp and is well worth the price tag. thanks Play-Asia.

Hi everybody! I got my chotto shot camera yesterday.I was drooling on it for some time now.The video capture is decent and the photo quality is acceptable.the only point which is a concern is the quality of picture in low light areas is not satisfactory.Anyways it is fully worthy to buy this camera considering its $50 tag which is acceptable.Thank you play asia for the prompt delivery exactly on my birthday.

Guys i gotta be honest, i was pretty nervous about ordering something over seas (i live in PA) and it was all worth it. Shipping for half way around the world was exactly one week. When i got the camera and put it on my PSP it didn't work at first, (nothing was wrong with the camera) but then i just wiped off the brass plates on top of my usb connector on my PSP and it worked flawlessly!! Also i wanted to say Play-Asia's customer service is the best i have ever seen; i e-mailed asking if i could figure out where my package was and i got an e-mail about the same night tell me where it was and when to expect it. damn PSP camera is SWEET!!!!!

Great addition to PSP!
I just got mine in the mail, been playing around with it. Even with out a translation its not very hard to navigate the menu since the main locations like "Edit" are in English. Its 1.3 megapixals so if your not picky about the quality and like to edit video (btw this is the most user friendly video editing software I've used). Then definitely get this! Plus it has a Mic! So if your into playing around with Talkman its better than the mic that comes with that translation game!

Worth it!
I bought this just a few days ago, it was ships to me in only 3 days. I was definitely worth every penny.

It works with any PSP and you can use it right through the PSP firmware if you have 3.00 or higher. Take as many pictures as you want and as many videos as you want and make the video as long as you want, your memory stick is the only limiting factor.
