Far better than the American version
The animation(which the American version didn't have)is beautiful and the story is way better explained and detailed in this version.
Even if you didn't like the localized version of this game, you will most certainly love the true, classic story of Legend of Heroes IV.

Part 4 of the Eiyuudensetsu series and second of the Gagharv trilogy. Pretty old but still good.
