Project Diva is Miku's serious debut into the game world. Produce Miku into a top idol, control her dance motions in the rhythm games. The quicker your reflexes, the better she dances. Not only are you involved in all her performances, you are in charge of the back stage work as well. You decorate her chambers, coordinate her outfits and change her image.
Let other vocaloids join in the fun, see Megurine Ruka and Jyakune Haku in some of the MTVs. Get high scores in the games and take the chance to see your idols perform for you. Fan favorite songs are included in this fun package along with 7 new songs written by the fans.

Great Rhythm Game!
Project Diva is a great music rhythm game for any fan of the genre or any fan of Hatsune Miku and Vocaloids.
The basic premise of the game is simple enough. Symbols float across the screen and you press their corresponding buttons in time with the beat. The difficulty ranges from easy to very hard, which is a actually a good thing since it increases replay value.
This game has oodles of extra stuff for you to play with. Multiple costumes for Miku, dozens of different songs and music to unlock, and even the ability to play some songs as other vocaloids like Len. If you choose to purchase the additional down loadable content, you can even play this game on your PS3 with improved graphics and even more additional content!
I highly recommend this game to music and rhythm fans—especially anyone who just really loves Hatsune Miku and/or vocaloid music.

A fantastic rhythm game
I have little to no prior knowledge of vocaloids, nor did I know any of the songs, but I bought this game on a whim, craving another rhythm game, and was not disappointed. To get a full experience of the game, I would suggest also picking up a Japanese PSN 3000 Yen card, and use it to pick up the Dreamy Theater expansion.
I personally was not disappointed. The songs are catchy, and the videos are very nice looking. I am only giving it a 4, but that is because of the lack of Megurine Luka. Otherwise though, it is pretty awesome.

Exactly What I Expected
I have never been happier with this purchase, the game DEFINITELY worth my money! The game itself is user-friendly with the English-speaking audience despite the japanese language. It keeps you playing for hours and is definitely what fans expect of the Vocaloids!

Well made character game!
Far from a quick cash-in, Sega really put the effort into this one and it shows! Loads of fan art on load screens, most songs have choreographed music video routines, lots of unlockable costumes and familiar Vocaloids like Rin, Len, Luka, and even Haku. Customizable "Miku room" bedroom scene that you can load with more unlocked items.
Playing the game, it gets a little hard to track the notes in the busier stages, like Ouendan/Elite Beat Agents, but this game tries to keep it followable and pretty intuitive usually.
The menus are in Japanese- you may just have to check a FAQ to see how to unlock things.
Only 4 stars because it's very good, not amazing, but I'd recommend this one to Miku fans or rhythm gamers who may not be both. It's a solid title with many hours of playability. I'm unlocking things at a fast rate, but there's still so much to do and I don't even have all the songs unlocked yet!
