One of the best Gundam games out there!
Even though I read very little Japanese, I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase of this game. There are menu translations available online, and after a few minutes of trial and error on my own, I had all the menu selections figured out. The mobile suits are easily recognizable, so picking your favorite suit and pilot is easy to handle.
The sound quality is excellent. The voiceovers are well-done, and the music is a great selection of music from the series.
Graphics-wise, I'm stunned. I've seen games on PlayStation 2 that look worse than this. There's little to no slowdown as well, which was a pleasant surprise.
The gameplay is fun and simple.
All in all, if you're a fan of Gundam Seed, Gundam in general, or are just looking for something fun to play, I highly recommend Rengou vs. ZAFT Portable!

Great game
Great Selection of Mobile suits from Seed and a few from Seed Destiny. Fast paced action with the odd bit of gravity in space..... well if there's anything to complain about this game is that Blue Ginn you start out with in story mode I hate that thing..

it's soo addicting to play this especiallyl since i watched gundam seed and destiny. ^w^ even though i suck at these kind of games i still love it!

best game on the psp ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this game. I have both Bleach heat the soul 4 and this game, but by far this game is the absolute best game on the psp. Even better than the console version.
For a psp game the graphics are outstanding. There is no lag, unless you face three meteor units all using HiMAT at the same time, then maybe it will slow down about a third of a second. The action is fast paced, resembling the battles that occur in the actual series.
Luckily for me I can read japanese so there is no trouble in figuring out what everthing means.
I'm currently using Kira Yamato in the Freedom right now! I've been playing for 18 hours straight ( yeah I have no life whatsoever).
If you don't have this game, then scroll up and click the add to cart button right now. If you don't buy it right this instant after reading my review, well I guess you have a life and you don't want this game to screw up the rest of your pathetic like.
I hate this game for ruining my life, but I still keep on playing it just because it is so addicting.
