The International version of Dissidia has updates and adjustments that the original Japanese version lacks. Don't worry, though. Here, with Universal Tuning, all gamers can enjoy these new functions.
There are more than 100 minor and major adjustments, characters have new abilities and strengths and these changes the rhythm of your battles. There is a new Arcade Mode where you can engage in time attack battles. Those who have beaten the game, use your save data to access the new aspects of the fighter.
Last but not least, you have a chance to hear the English voice actors act out your favourite characters. Subtitles will be in Japanese and you can choose between English and Japanese voices during the battles.
Released to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the title, the game is a crossover between Final Fantasy I to XII. Characters from all these 12 games make their appearances along with updated character themes and maps.
Spend your brave points and launch familiar skills and plan your battle strategies by equipping the many abilities and items. This is a battle you have been waiting for in the last 20 years, join today.

You win some you lost some
I've played both vr of Dissidia, the US vr and this one; Universal Tuning. The choice to be able to select between English VO and Japanese VO during battle is both interesting and entertaining. This is something that the US vr lacked. The loading and transition in UT is a lot faster and smoother, even a slightly bit faster than the US vr of Dissidia.
The only downside of this is; you are unable to hear or even select to hear the Japanese Voice Over in cut scenes.

Fantastic!
A very high quality production from SquareEnix. Polygon graphics are crisp and smooth unlike other psp games, obviously pushing the limits of psp engine, not to mention the frame rate which is extremely fluid. If you are a fan of FF, this is a must buy and will keep you entertained for countless hours with so many characters to play with.

A good International version to its original game..
I believe we all love the original game and find it too good to be true, all our FF heroes and villains in a good game!
The additions in the games make the game more challenging as the enemies are now tougher, and more bad ass. Skills now are varied and combo becomes more possible. More cutscenes and side quests to make you enjoy the after game better. More items and weapons to discover and tougher arena challenges.
Overall, this is a very good International edition, which appeals to all targets of the gamers.
