Complete the challenging missions in the Gundam Series with your mobile suit. In this Next Plus version, you may pilot a total of 50 Gundams from 18 series, including the majestic Gundam Wing and Gundam 00. Form your own team of mobile suits and level them up as you take on more and more difficult missions.
Take on the massive mechs during battles, these enemies will appear in extremely challenging stages and will be great obstacles for you during your missions. Adopting the Dash system in Gundam Next, you can link strings of powerful combos together.
There are more high speed action and colorful combinations of attacks at your disposal, pick a fight with these almost impossible enemies and show them who's truly invincible.

Best gundam games on PSP!!
this is one of the best ever, lots of gundams to choose from U.C era until the modern one! gameplay also very good!! graphics are awesome for psp standards!!

This is the best game you can get on psp. Its a portable gotcha force.

The Gundam Fighting every Gundam fan who own a PSP should have!
The combat mechanic is solid, the music is amazing, the graphic simply superb. There's almost no flaw at all with this fighting game, the PSP bonus like extra units, and NEXT plus mode, which IMO is not up to par with Artdink's Gundam game series, are a great bonus which make the package feel more 'complete'.
First off, as a complete newcomer to this series, I am totally unaware of how much has improved since the previous iteration of the game, but I can say for certitude that the game mechanic felt very solid, and fluid. The way the units move, the execution of their basic attack and combos, the boss fights, or fighting against lower or higher tier units never felt unbalanced, in fact, I have yet to meet one thing I could complain about, except maybe the lack of my favorite gundams/pilot being included in the mix.
I wish I could write more, and I have a lot to say about the graphics, but you never know with those text box word limits. Are you a Gundam fan? Do you have a PSP? BUY THIS GAME NOW!

A tremendous improvement
If you enjoy the 2v2 style of other gundam games before this one and faster paced combat, this will be an instant hit for you. There are plenty of unlockables and the gameplay will keep you busy for a long time.
The only minus is that the game sometimes frame skips when there are 4 or more suits on the field or when there are tons of beams being shot(example psycho gundam boss) but it doesn't seriously detract from the experience as a whole.

Very poor framerate and its almost unplayable when 4 MS appear on the same screen,let alone for the whole explosion scene...they shld have made it to console instead of handheld.
