The main character found himself trapped on Mahjong Island after an accident and could not escape. The only way to leave the island is to play and win mahjong matches against the beauties on the island to get clues. Besides mahjong matches, the story mode also allows one to try to get the favour of the beauties through conversations and gifts, to acquire rewards like CG movies and PV. Besides the fine-tuning done for the PSP, the newly added gallery and costume modes help to provide another new type of enjoyment.
