Another terrific shooter collection from Konami!
Konami really put some time and effort into these shooter collections and the pay off is great. Xexex is easily the best of the collection and it also marks the first time this Japanese shooter has seen a release outside of Japanese arcades. Salamander 2 looks like a PS2-caliber shooter with outstanding visuals and enough firepower to keep any shooter fan busy for a long time. The two early Salamander releases may not look as good almost 20 years later but they'll still test even the most experienced shooter fan's patience. Great menus, layout, and extras make this a shooter fan's dream. If you love the old-school shmups, grab this one now!
