Greatest Multi-Player Game Ever on the PSP!

God, this game is so fun. I really love how many people you can recruit, and all the missions! Defiantly a good buy for any MGS fan~

Geared towards the multiplayer experience but...
It's also offers a great challenge for solo-play with the new "Infinite Mission" mode.

Graphics-wise this title lean towards the 'gloomy' side with more emphasis on the greys and darker colours so it's really recommended that you avoid playing outdoors where there's alot of glare.

Typical of a MGS title, the sound and music are top-notch and it really builds a great atmosphere.

Hours will fly by when you are completely absorbed in clearing the 'Infinite Mission' mode to unlock secret characters. HINT: The lead character of MGS4! ^_^

Highly reccomended for most gamers seeking a thrilling stealth-based challenge!

I agree with the previous poster in regards to this game. The overall experience is great, however, but you'll probs need portable ops original to appreciate the dynamics and changes. Since I don't have a copy of the original, this seems slightly too repetitive and all I'm doing is completing the infinity missions and trying to get more troops. I wish the old portable ops was still in stock.

Beginners should buy Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. This is really good for multiplayers, but everything else is just.. bad. There are missions where you can find good soldiers, but that and multiplayer are just about it.

This game packs a mean punch
This game is a power-house. I did not think it was possible to make a game better and resell it as new, but it obviously is possible. this game is even better than the first. It has explosive gameplay, and a great story line
